1. *Scope of Services*
KG Vacations(referred to as "the Agency") offers travel-related services including but not limited to hotel bookings, flight tickets, tour packages, transportation, and excursions within India and abroad.
2. *Booking Process*
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. The Agency reserves the right to refuse a booking for any reason. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as outlined in the Payment Policy.
3. *Travel Documentation*
It is the responsibility of the traveler(s) to ensure they have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates where applicable. The Agency will not be responsible for any denial of entry or travel due to insufficient documentation.
4. *Travel Insurance*
The Agency strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
5. *Changes to Booking*
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which the traveler will be responsible for.
6. *Liability*
The Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. *Force Majeure*
The Agency is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
8. *Health and Safety*
Travelers are advised to check health requirements and take necessary precautions for their destination. The Agency is not responsible for health-related incidents during the trip.

## *Payment Policy*
1. *Deposit*
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. *Full Payment*
The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking, and cancellation fees may apply as per our Cancellation Policy.
3. *Payment Methods*
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other electronic payment methods. Any additional fees related to the payment method (e.g., credit card processing fees) will be borne by the traveler.
4. *Late Payments*
If the final payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be canceled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited as per the cancellation policy.

## *Cancellation Policy*
1. *Client-Initiated Cancellations*
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
- The following charges will apply depending on the notice period:
- More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total booking amount.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 15 days before departure: [100%] of the total booking amount.
2. *Agency-Initiated Cancellations*
In rare circumstances where the Agency must cancel a booking due to unavoidable reasons, we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook on an alternative date, subject to availability.
3. *Refunds*
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [X days] after the cancellation notice. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original booking, and any applicable bank fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. *No Show*
In the event of a no-show by the traveler(s) on the day of departure, no refunds will be issued, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
5. *Force Majeure Cancellations*
In case of cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, war, etc.), the Agency will work with service providers to minimize losses, but refunds cannot be guaranteed as per third-party policies.
6. *Special Conditions*
Some services (such as flights and cruises) may have different cancellation terms, and travelers will be notified of these at the time of booking.
